Backed by over 20 years of scientific research and clinical insight, the 3X4 Genetics test analyses more than 160 genes across 36 metabolic pathways, giving you the tools you need to personalise your diet, supplements, and lifestyle for optimal health and wellbeing.

How it works:

Step 1: Email lindie@genesense.co.za to order your 3X4 Genetics test kit. It will be couriered to you within 1-3 working days.

Step 2: Collect your DNA sample in the comfort of your home (cheek swab) & register your kit online. A courier will collect it within 1-3 working days.

Step 3: You will be requested to fill out a medical history form to personalise your 3X4 Genetics results based on your unique health needs.

Step 4: Once your results are ready (6-8 weeks), we will schedule a 90 min online feedback session to review your personalised 3X4 report.
